After his date failed due to a visa card malfunction, Naeem goes to his sister's house to borrow some money, only to discover his sister had been robbed, causing Naeem to go on an emotional rollercoaster that would force him to face his feelings of self-shame.

Ahmed Sobhy

Ahmed Sobhy, a Cairo-based Director & Producer, initially explored various roles in the film industry, including assistant director and producer. His commitment led him to various other roles, spanning online ads to documentaries. In 2020, Sobhy made his directorial debut with A Very Old Accident screened at Kinoki International Film Festival and Les Nuits Med. Objects are Closer Than They Appear premiered at the 45th Clermont Ferrand IFF and was later showcased at FESCAAAL in Italy.
