Director

Menna Ekram

Menna Ekram is an Egyptian director and screenwriter. She has an MFA in Cinematic Arts from the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts (RSICA), and an MA in Feature Filmmaking at Bath Spa University in UK. In 2015, she directed her first short film, The Wheel, which screened in more than 20 festivals. In 2019, her second short film, Color-blind, premiered in the 40th Durban International Film Festival, and had its MENA premiere at El Gouna Film Festival.
